If you do not accept them, discontinue use and do not submit an order.

Eligibility

Independent purchasing requires you to be at least 18 or legally old enough to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live.

Otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must be involved and give permission.

Product Information

Review each decorative item's specifications, finish, components, placement requirements, and intended use before buying.

Photography, lighting, screens, and material or manufacturing variation can affect appearance. Minor differences within stated specifications are not necessarily defects.

Where images are representative, the delivered item need not match every visible detail in every photograph.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges the request and does not always mean final acceptance.

Payment, inventory, fraud, and fulfillment checks may still be required. Reasonable grounds to limit, reject, or cancel a purchase include:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.

Processing & Shipping

Preparation normally takes 2-4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, and unusually busy periods.

Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10-15 business days after dispatch. Arrival estimates are not guarantees. Available methods and charges appear at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products have a 30-calendar-day return window after confirmed delivery, subject to return requirements.

After an authorized return arrives and passes inspection and approval, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processors may need extra posting time.

Approved returns have no restocking fee. Shipping-cost treatment depends on the reason. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect goods promptly. Report damage, defects, missing contents, wrong items, or substantial listing differences preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Provide the order number and relevant photos or video of the issue, product, packaging, and label where appropriate.

A confirmed error attributable to us will receive a suitable remedy without extra costs caused by that error. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Submit requests immediately. We try to assist before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing, packing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch begins.

A successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Offers may have expiry dates, eligible products, minimum purchases, exclusions, availability restrictions, usage limits, and other disclosed conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers. Apply discounts before completing checkout.

Product Use & Safety

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Contact support before unusually large, wholesale, or commercial-resale purchases so stock and terms can be confirmed.

Buying for resale does not grant authority to claim you are an official distributor, agent, representative, partner, or approved retailer without written permission.

Intellectual Property
